@Xfinity @XfinitySupportWhat's going on with the stream app? Had error code Tvapp-00500 since 5pm and none at the call center can fix it. They had me sign out and sign in, uninstall and reinstall, system reset and factory reset the roku, and disconnect the wifi. Not resolved.

@benjipitts @comcast Co sign for reach, took me 3 calls to try and cancel to get a discount recently, on 3rd try, I actually had to cancel, because I already signed up for Century Link, of course that was the time they offered me a new discount. Cancelling Comcast feels great though

They even told me to call roku support, I told them this is an @Xfinity issue cuz your app is the only one not working on roku and I paid for this service on the 4th. Fyi spoke to Roku support when they saw the pic of the error code and message they said it was an Xfinity issue

As a reluctant shareholer of comcast , have tried tried Morning Joe. Almost as bad as ugly Joy's program. Two popous asses who don't hide their biased opinions from the word go. Switch the channel vowing not to repeat the mistake again.
